My entry for deviantArt's Wacom contest. Thanks Tash for telling me about the contest! D: I hope I win something so that this 20 hours worth of work would be more worth it.
This crazy son of a fishing robot photocopy machine is AMAZING at realism portraits, and he uses only ballpoint PENS. Look at how massive that goddamn thing is! I already die drawing with pencils at A4 size let alone PEN at THAT SIZE. Can't even erase, gila.
I am convinced that this guy is a photocopy machine disguised as a human O<. For more of this robot's art click here.
Everyone, read this. It's beyond hilarious! Well, to me at least. I literally choked on my tea reading the lines from Twilight. I don't understand how people can like such a book/movie so much. If you think the relationship between Edward and Bella is romantic, or in any way find it erotic, then there is something horribly, terribly, wrong with you.
For a proper and good vampire story, where vampires don't goddamnit glow, read The Vampire Chronicles series by Anne Rice. At least the first book, Interview With The Vampire, and watch the movie for that too, and you will know how ridiculous the Twilight series is.
Embracing the darkness of life and enjoying things that are commonly considered "dark" or "morbid."
Recognition, identification, and grief over societal and personal evils that the mainstream culture wishes to ignore or forget.
Individualism, tolerance for diversity, a strong emphasis on creativity, tendency toward intellectualism, a dislike of social conservatism, a mild tendency towards cynicism.
An expression of the self trying to stand up against a conservative world.

Rejection of the precepts of order, calm, harmony, balance, idealization, and rationality.
The individual, the subjective, the irrational, the imaginative, the personal, the spontaneous, the emotional, the visionary, and the transcendental.
A deepened appreciation of the beauties of nature; a general exaltation of emotion over reason and of the senses over intellect; a turning in upon the self and a heightened examination of human personality and its moods and mental potentialities; a preoccupation with the genius, the hero, and the exceptional figure in general, and a focus on his passions and inner struggles; a new view of the artist as a supremely individual creator, whose creative spirit is more important than strict adherence to formal rules and traditional procedures; an emphasis upon imagination as a gateway to transcendent experience and spiritual truth; an obsessive interest in folk culture, national and ethnic cultural origins, and the medieval era; and a predilection for the exotic, the remote, the mysterious, the weird, the occult, the monstrous, the diseased.
